    my mind

Lets take a walk inside my mind
Come on in, see what there’s to find
The first step in will make you run
Stop for a second and see the damage done
On your right you’ll see the love I never earned
To the left you’ll see all I’ve had to learn
Look up but watch for my falling tears
Keep your eyes open and you’ll find my hidden fears
Look down and you’ll see a space with nothing at all
Each time I’m weak, that’s where I break and fall
Watch behind you, you’ll see where I hide
It’s where I lose reality and a little of my pride
Look ahead and tell me what it is you see
Pretty sure Its my future but it’s a blur to me.

Interesting, I really liked the flow. It's like a confident plea or something, i don't know- it's hard to express my opinion, but good job.

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
