Dinner Table

Dinner Table

When I write I want to place

the whole world

Upon my dinner table.

My writing is like comparing

memories of unknown and drawing

China on my table cloth.

Word's aren't just letters put together for the reader to understand.

Emotions linger with each letter.

My talent is taken for granted

I shall not let it be unwritten.

One day,one person may benefit

From my writings.

That will mean the whole world to me,

With my table cloth being exceptionally complete upon my dinner table.

Wii gladly sit at your dinner table to feast upon your words. This was a most satisfying meal.

I think as writers we all hope that one day someone will benefit or get something from our work. Interesting approach but a great message. God Bless Randy

Thanks! :-)

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
