UNFORGIVEN

UNFORGIVEN

Quarter  is not 2 dimes and a nickel

She`s more like 2 kids and a pickle

Darkened, hellish, and rebellish

Some think  she`s pickle relish

Oh I`m sure she taste good

But let`s not get in the eating mood

She smokes, she tokes

She drinks , she thinks

She is almost a stranger

Not born in a manger

Music, TV , and friends

Some seem set in their ways

But I think she could bend

What may come is not always fun

Will she be forgiven ?

Tomorrow is to far away

Where is my candy bar

I`m not your mister so don’t

Give my mind a blister

Different strokes for different  folks

Your ways are so different from mine

I hope you will be fine

I want the best for you

I love you too and dearly

I just hope you see it clearly

Oretty good. Kinda sing song. Like the message, and the flow. Easy to follow, and not too long. Good write......

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
