    The Spider's Web

     You are the spider.......... I am your prey
    You have spun your web around me and I can't get away.
    I struggle to be released from your hold, but everytime I do my body gets weak and my blood runs cold.
    Although your web pulls me tight, I need your love, so I do not fight.
    I allow you to suck my body dry of all the real things it needs to grow inside.
    I ask myself " How do I set myself free? Will I ever be whole again?
    Is there even a "ME"?

    gucci, There is so much here that mirrors life and alludes to how humans are used by leeches who try and take control. I liked how you postured the spider as the controller. ginga
