    • I should be publishing a book of poetry soon.

    The Moon

    Our love is like,
    The moon's pure light,
    Bright and clear,
    On a starless night.
    It shines through,
    The densest cloads.
    It rises up,
    Without a sound.
    This is how I know,
    That we will always be.
For as long as the moon shines,
Our hearts shall soar together and free.

I like the how you compared love to the permanence of the heavenly body

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
