Suzy Q

Old enough to teach me but young enough to learn.

Touching souls so deeply, each taking our turn.

Friendship in the making, typed in black and white.

There for each to talk to on some insomniac night.

Held in deep regard now, by one who rarely trusts.

Walls falling down hard now, belief in you is a must.

Keep the path you've chosen, the one of truth and sharing.

Unthawing hearts once frozen with bravery and daring.

You've shared some painful issues of things most could not bare.

And now I stand here as your friend who once refused to care.

This is really cool. Shows how anyone can touch even the 'hardest' of hearts

Don't die Suzy don't die!! Smile!

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
