    Soulless

If the eye is the doorway,
    to your soul,
    why can't I see anything,
does that mean I don't have a soul,
or is mine too small to see,
I only ask you for one reason,
If I can't see my soul,
    do I burn in hell,
or do I never leave this earth,
I only ask you for one reason,
    if I have no soul,
    will you still love me?

very good poem.........13 won't last forever. thank you for your insight and sharing your despair. I started writing at 11.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
