Parallels
Have you ever gone so far that you don't know where you've been?
Have you ever climbed to the top of the Sierra's to see there wasn't a cloud in the sky?
Have you ever fallen in Love with someone that doesn't know that you are there?
Parallels of Twain, now I am here.
Parallels of Dylan, words so clear.
Parallels of Young, travels here.
I was born in Chicago on the 26th of July.
The coming of my birth is when I began to die.
My blood runs thin, but my cup is always full.
Parallels of Christ, hold me tight.
Parallels of Magdalena, came my way.
Parallels of Religion, shine my light.
