Once Upon A Time

Did you know once upon a time
Wasn't once, but every time,
That once came back and haunted me
Just like a ghost

You see, once upon a time a pretty girl
Sat in loneliness
Then there he was peeking about around a tree
And then once upon a night,
She gave him once in every life.
He took it like she wasn't giving it for free.

Hoping it was a different time
Her pain came once in every tear,
But she stood up and wouldn't let her soul give in
So she will sit in loneliness as if
That night didn't exist
And wait for once upon a time over again.
