Sometimes when we sit alone in the night,
we feel our life isn't always right.
Some thing, that we wished, isn't coming to be,
in exactly the way that we wished to see.

Sometimes we think we did it wrong,
or that we took a misstep, as we went along,
But life isn't made up of only we,
and this is something, we should always see.
.
It takes a lot of things to make life go well
and a lot of things are at fault, when it goes to hell.
We can't take all the blame, when things go wrong,
and sometimes we just have to learn to go along.
.
Until we reach the point where we can force,
the erring way to a better course,
and with proper pressure, we can force it back
to where we feel, it's on the right track.

When we can't, we have to change our goal,
to one more suited to lifes' evolving mold,
and just try hard to do our very best,
as we go down the path, of our life long quest.
.
So we can't get discouraged, when life seems gray,
just keep trying for a better day.
Keep on knowing we are not alone
and what we see today isn't carved in stone.
