We all fall down!

A fire was set and we lit up the sky. We thought we would be together till we died. Now, in the after blaze little remains. A pile of what should have been, leaves a charcoal stain.

Ashes of a dream you burned away. Ashes of a memory that blew away. Ashes of a love that burned down to the ground. Ashes of a heart that died without a sound.

Little you left me to shift through. Blackened remains of better days that I used to knew. Now, I'm on my knees with my hands black, trying to remold the days I will never get back.

After everything, why did the love of you and I, had to die? This question burns a hole in my mind, why did our time together have to unwind? All my hopes and dreams have been torn, your new baby should have been my first born.....
