Anger
Once the anger builds
A raging river flows, and begins to explode
Through a dense wall that once held it all together
A deep depression wallows over the soul
And in the end you have no control
Do you feel remorse
Now that you have gotten of the course?
Is the damage not enough?
Repeating over again the stuff?
You let it go on
Even when you pretend to be strong
You know that it's wrong
Somehow you're compelled to hold on
It seems to easy to just let it go.
Your pride would be tarnished
Giving up and giving in that must be some kind of sin
To keep going on like this tell me who will win
Hand steadily gripping the door
Convincing yourself you won't do this anymore
The wind blows cold and memories are all you hold
You feel the deception as you hear your life being told
Block out the sun, run into the night
Refusing to argue and fight
All just for spite
A raging river flows and begins to explode
Through a dense wall
That once held it all together.
A raging river flows, and begins to explode
Through a dense wall that once held it all together
A deep depression wallows over the soul
And in the end you have no control
Do you feel remorse
Now that you have gotten of the course?
Is the damage not enough?
Repeating over again the stuff?
You let it go on
Even when you pretend to be strong
You know that it's wrong
Somehow you're compelled to hold on
It seems to easy to just let it go.
Your pride would be tarnished
Giving up and giving in that must be some kind of sin
To keep going on like this tell me who will win
Hand steadily gripping the door
Convincing yourself you won't do this anymore
The wind blows cold and memories are all you hold
You feel the deception as you hear your life being told
Block out the sun, run into the night
Refusing to argue and fight
All just for spite
A raging river flows and begins to explode
Through a dense wall
That once held it all together.
