WHISPERS OF LIGHT
I am born deadto a world asleep at night
my blind eyes long for light
as I live off my head
Trembling in darkness
Nephalims my renown tutors
makes Sylphs my mentors
deceased and betrothed to saddness
Dawn comes not just light
shadows flee from dear Life
I fear for my prison of strife
crumbles at such a great sight
From the womb of the morning
I hear praises of mystery
eyes open to the dance of history
I learn to live bereft of mourning
O! Christ you are my Sun, blessed star
shine your light and heal my scar
