Whisper In The Wind

Whisper In The Wind

The wind can make sounds
Like a soft whisper
Or even a loud rawr

A song may be sung
Of the singing in the wind
As it whispers to the Earthlings

"Here my cry
When I look to the sky
And see the nothing"
Whispered the wind

Without a responce
It goes silent
But, only for a while

"The trees grow full
As you leave me in silence
Yet, I will not fail"
Whispered the wind again

It whispered its life away
As all the good winds did

The whispers in the wind
Come from no where
But, in its dying sound

I am listening to the wind asI read this. I can' see it but I can see the effects of it and feel it. Sounds a little like God doesn't it? When you start to doubt Him just remember He is like the wind. He's all around.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
