Ungraceful
I was watching a group of ducks
Five large ducks and
three smaller ducks
On the surface of the small lake
They were so graceful
watching them
The black and white ducks were a thing of beauty
beauty and grace
The they arrived at their apparent destination
The green grassy bank of the near shore
They rose up out of the smooth surface of the lake
and waddked away
completely ungraceful
not so attractive on land
Is that how we appear
When we rise up out of our element
Ungraceful
and not quite so attractive?
Five large ducks and
three smaller ducks
On the surface of the small lake
They were so graceful
watching them
The black and white ducks were a thing of beauty
beauty and grace
The they arrived at their apparent destination
The green grassy bank of the near shore
They rose up out of the smooth surface of the lake
and waddked away
completely ungraceful
not so attractive on land
Is that how we appear
When we rise up out of our element
Ungraceful
and not quite so attractive?
