Material things don't mean much to me
That's not what I need to be happy
I want to be loved for just being me
Emotionally that would set me free
My looks mean nothing it's more internally
Trying to stay strong so my heart doesn't get broken permanantly
You see most people are dependant financially
I'm different I'm more so emotionally
I don't get gratificationfrom being bought things
Unless it's from the heart now that means something to me
Even if it is a pair of socks it's the thought that counts to me
Respect my thoughts and appreciate my artistic ability
You don't have to care just listen to me
be my friend and don't constantly judge me
Don't say mean and hurtful things to get a point across to me
Proper communication is the key
My goal in life is to become a better me

I love my children and I put them before me
And respecting that about me the closer we could be
I ain't gonna lie sometimes I get a lil crazy
I can be a B@%?/ or I can be as sweet as your favorite treat
I know I'm different a little unique
If you ever choose to say I love you make sure that's what you mean
I won't settle for less or anything in between
I'm a very independent person I don't need you to take care of me
