Lonely days and sleepless nights
In mind but out of sight our husbands in the
field or off to war to fight
The life of an Army wife
Towns & places have no recongnition
Foreign countries making new friends hopes of
existing
Holding your children at night saying "it's ok daddy will
be back here safe!"
No one knows or pain our families and children will never
be the same
We caught Sadam Hussein is our countries claim to fame
In the mist of all this soldiers are dead, dying, injured, suffering from rare
diseases, and partially insane
5mins on T.V. and YOU forget their names
