Sometimes I Cry
I cry sometimes when I'm all alone. The weight I carry has it's toll.
My loving ways do me harm.
I lay this broken heart in your arms.
Words that have chilled my soul.
Spoken from those I think I know
Skewered my body on Vlads pole.
Even as these tears fall I hold no hatred.
My empathy for your weakness shall not falter.
I will walk the mile to be sacrificed on the alter.
My life I give and never will I be placated.
Speak the evil hiding in your breast.
Release those demons from your chest.
I cry sometimes even in a crowd.
Praying not to loosen these screams aloud.
I feel the hot steel enter my mind
For let your lunacy infect no other.
I'm your brother please be kind.
Each of these falling stars glisten on my cheek.
I'm so grateful for this countless stream
I'll cry a river till your soul is meek.
I want you near to inherit the earth.
So maybe just maybe we can dance.
And find some joyful mirth.
Please just give me a chance..............
