Unison
My heart bursts at the ever-filling joy, with the love I can shed.
Silently dripping down the broken shards,
down into the hovel I have dug.
The all consuming Earth hugs me tenderly,
caressing my wounds,
healing my scars.
The skies rip apart, tear by tear,
exploding on the barren floor.
The electricity in the air
sending shockwaves into my core.
My starved body, reaching up,
clawing at the ground above my head,
the suffocation of the burden pushing me back.
Dirt and decay, giving away, releasing my soul from my grave.
My feet, once again, following my path
to my unknown end.
