Passion and Pain

Poem Commentary

I know some of you can relaet to this. Not a good thing, is it?

Passion and Pain

They may tell you that they love you,
Sound utterly sincere,
You begin to mold your life around them,
Suddenly they dissapear,
Thieving away with your joy and light,
Plunging you into an endless night,
That warm heart you gave to them,
Is now cold and still,
Once you come across it on the floor,
It rips and black tears spill.

"love Hurts", "love stinks", but with out it, us poets would be lost. I'm glad you've learned where to step now. Little furry puppies won't break your your heart, but like love they don't last forever either.

lol thanks...but i wish HE could read that poem..just 2 see how much he hurt me the loser! lol

Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
