    Missing Her

    I just opened up to her,
    let her into my heart.
    Then she was taken away,
    unwillingly ripped from me.
    Tears rolled down her face,
    as her mom drove away.
    Promises to write were made,
    not to be broken by either one.
    Calls will be made,
    me and her every weekend.
    I miss her already,
    she's been gone a few hours.
    A few days will seem like forever,
    and I'll be miserable.
    I cry and cry for now,
    when I'll stop I do not know.
