Life Lessons 3/3/10

Things I've learned in life...

Think about what you say before you say it
You can never get those words back

Take a risk
Living with what if is worse than failing
Saying I love you to someone is part of that risk

And no matter how many times
Your heart has been broken
Love again

The next person could be your everything
And could break your heart again
But maybe, just maybe
You could be their everything
And I believe
Whatever you go through
To get to that person
Will be worth it in the end

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
