Happy Ending
It’s been more than a decade of silence
without a word or even a sign to wander
thoughts of reconciling, a defeat
a story, indeed, of emotional hardship.
Like a passage from self to outer meaning
a journey to make with roadblocks in the system
that’s for sure the villain within – pride
has conquered the godliness of a human culture.
Beyond the experience of being alone
the pattern of a pilgrimage has grown
it’s a constant invitation to open that vision
where the heart of God reveals its function.
As it leads to a threshold in reconciliation
there’s a glaring perception of honor
the holiness and inward nothingness
are ways to surrender and be humble.
The challenge is personal, the message, divine.
like living blueprints in the hearts of men
hidden in the littleness where love inspires
transforms the running sore of inner struggle.
As a healing experience after so many years
the radiance of Christ in the hearts reveals
hope to live with meaning and success
a new beginning with a happy ending.
without a word or even a sign to wander
thoughts of reconciling, a defeat
a story, indeed, of emotional hardship.
