    You

    Your name,
    Your face,
    Your poise,
    Your grace,
    Your lips,
    Your smile,
    it's all worthwhile.

    Someday,
    Somehow
    I'll make your heart
    say wow.

    Your hands,
    Your cheeks,
    I've longed for weeks
    to maybe one day
    hold you may way.

    Your hug,
    Your kiss,
    I want all this.
    And I want you
    to want me too.

For as long as we both shall live.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
