you are my religion

you are my religion

                           You are my religion

Are you a Muslim a Jew, a Christian?

Tell me what is your faith what is your religion?

If religion is something you believe in

You are my religion from now on

You are my king and your kingdom is my heart

You rule and reign from sunrise to sunset

Shine on me; warm me with your sunlight

Let me hold on to you till the end of time

Whisper in to my ear like a wind chime

I find myself in you it goes without saying

You’re my right faith, nothing can go wrong

You are the rock of my temple dear

I recite the verse of love in your ear

You are my cathedral where I find serenity

Angels praise you in breathtaking melody

I baptize myself changing my religion into thee

Fill me with your love, bless me with your grace; set me free

Let me inhale you, exhale;  open my eyes and see
