we should be
i bet right now,you are kissing him,
smiling as he smiles back,
untill the point he decides to kiss you back.
you know..
it should be me...
i can imagine every night,
exactly how it SHOULD be.
we should be,
in the back of the car,
kissing and laughing away,
as your parents shake your heads,
at how inseperable we are.
we should be,
laying on your bed,
cuddling in the night,
holding each other close,
giggling and kssing,
until we fall asleep,
in one anothers arms.
we should be,
walking down the street,
holding each others hands,
not caring if anyone stares,
because together we would be perfect,
with not a care in the world.
we should be,
sitting in the park,
staring into each others eyes,
my arms wrapped around you,
your hair blowing gently in the wind,
as i tell you how beautiful you are,
and whisper in your ear,
"i love you".
we should be,
taking a bunch of silly pictures,
and cute ones too,
with you sitting infront of me,
my hands around your waist,
and head resting on your shoulder,
lightly nibbling on your ear,
making you laugh into a big smile,
until we are bored of the pictures.
we should be..
we should be together,
forever,
hand in hand,
lips locked on each other,
hearts stuck together like glue,
telling our kids,
and grand kids too,
about the wonderful times we have had in life,
from the way we met,
to how we fell in love,
all the difficulties we had to surpass,
to hold our relationshiop together,
ad how through it all,
our love made us strong,
and carried us along,
into the future that will then be today...
and continue,
even past our dying day.
i love you Shelby Ann Lynn Hocking. i hope one day to have you again, and this time.. in my arms.
