    The Hell I've Created

to hold a hand that holds you back
    to love unconditionally, without doubt
to look in his eyes and see the feelings are mutual
to feel the urge to smile with just a glimps of his face
to be able to laugh harder than ever over nothing at all

when you in his presence the whole world dissapears
when your in his arms you feel completely free
his smile brings the greatest joy
for once you're not half, but whole

for when he's away you feel lost and lose all train of thought
no matter how hard you try something always reminds you of him

you try so hard to forget, but afraid to let go
he's the only one who truly understood you, the real you
you know he's gone, at least til you sleep
for every night he's in your dreams, the love you found, but yet lost

why do words hurt so much, like a dagger deep in the heart
once they are spoken you can't take them back
    the damage is done
wounds, time heals, and still scars are left
reminding us what once was real

without him here the daylight fades and darkness comes to take its place
the moon it shines but not too bright, joining the stars of the midnight sky
you look for a sign and yet see none
for all thats there are the sounds of the night

the silence is deafening, unbarable to stand
you fall to your knees with your head in your hands
the tears, they fall, emotions overwhelm
thinking to yourself " oh god what have i done"
for in your mind you realize

you've created your very own HELL.......

This was incredibly amazing. Wow.. that's all I can say. Keep up the great work, this touched me. Rated 10.

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
