Senses
I miss you today,as I've missed you before.
And I wait,
as a flower waits for the morning sun.
I long for your voice,
the sigh of an angel.
I wish for just you,
so I may be lost in your eyes.
I await your arrival,
wrapped in this cacoon.
So I may break free,
and embrace you in life.
Being here without you,
an emptyness clings to my side.
The light just don't seem so bright,
and then you come.
The world is dazzled,
in a laughter of hope.
Reality simply stops,
beauty, beyond sight is born.
Dreams, close enough to touch,
Life, bright enough to see.
Hope, loud enough to hear,
Love, raw enough to taste.
