Second Chance
Under evaluation our lesson is sure to fade.
Through trial and tribulation progression we have made.
Our debt is our demise but our debts will be paid.
Under heavy construction new streets will be laid.
My life may show signs of wear and tear, but through the most difficult times I will prepare. At times it may appear that I have no care, but let life not fool you, I pay my fare. In a position of desperate intervention, my failed attempt I beg for an extension, let me not fail to mention, that I put myself in this position, a position of despair and pain with everything to lose and nothing to gain.
A change for me must come, or the end is surely near.
Forgetting where I came from, that was my biggest fear.
Hiding the truth and living a lie, happy is how I appear.
Hoping for a second chance, my future is still unclear.
