    Mango-Glazed Chicken

    Try my mango glazed chicken,
    It will leave you flavor-stricken.
First add a half cup of sugar,
Needs thickness to get you fuller.
    One teaspoon of minced jalapeno,
It goes well with a warm vintage vino.
    Two seeded ripe sliced mangos,
Key ingredient to make you tango.
    Tablespoon of minced gingerroot,
A kick to make you jump like a bandicoot.
    Three teaspoons of lime juice,
That citrus so fresh like a spruce.
Cup in a half of rice wine vinegar,
I promise you its not a sinister.

    Heat vinegar in saucepan over
    medium heat,
Must start that fire for this amazing
    treat.
Add sugar then cook til slightly
    thickened and smooth,
This will be like velvet in your
    mouth it calms and soothes.
    Add jalapeno, ginger, and mango
    and cook til softened,
Once you take a small taste you
    will make this more often.
    Add that awesome lime juice,
You can spread this over chicken
    or a lovely cous cous.
    Transfer to processor then blend
    until perfectly pureed,
This will have your food opponents
    so frightened and afraid.
    Strain if it is necessary,
Don't want it to be too much
and kill your thoughts of being merry.
    Consistency will be jam-like
I'd be kidding if it was spam right?
Or you can make it less thick and
    more of a glaze,
    I'm a good chef I never disappoint
    I only amaze..

Hope you enjoy it as you try,
It's one of the best ever, none ever deny.

That's awesome. Great poem. Don't know if I'll be trying this one out just yet. Much too complex for my amateur cooking skills. I'll stick to cereal and milk.
