Look Up
I don't want a broken heart,
But then again, who does?
It hurts so bad and feels so good.
What's it called?
Love.
That bitter sweet emotion.
As smooth as lotion,
But as bumpy as a rock in motion.
I approach a place with two possible roads
This choice that I'm carrying feels like a heavy load.
If I go the familiar way,
I face being alone.
If i take a chance,
I risk being wrong.
Getting hurt again
Or finding true love.
I don't know where to go so,
I look up above.
But then again, who does?
It hurts so bad and feels so good.
What's it called?
Love.
That bitter sweet emotion.
As smooth as lotion,
But as bumpy as a rock in motion.
I approach a place with two possible roads
This choice that I'm carrying feels like a heavy load.
If I go the familiar way,
I face being alone.
If i take a chance,
I risk being wrong.
Getting hurt again
Or finding true love.
I don't know where to go so,
I look up above.
