IMAGINE

I HAVE SEEN THE BRIGHTEST SKIES
FELT THE WINTER BREEZE.
WALKED UPON A SUMMER CLOUD
FLEW WITH THE GREATEST OF EASE.

IF YOU CLOSE YOUR EYES AN SEE
THE WONDERS FLOOD RIGHT IN
CLIMB THE HIGHEST MOUNTIANS
THE MYSTERY WILL BEGIN.

YOU'LL CROSS THE LONGEST RIVERS
AND THE SEAS WILL PART YOUR WAY.
SING THE HIGHEST HEAVENS
AND WATCH YOUR CHILDREN PLAY.

THE WORLD WILL OPEN
TO HOLD US SO NEAR.
AND DANCE AND DANCE
YEAR AFTER YEAR.

THIS I SAY IS THE ONLY TRUTH
WE SHOULD LIVE EVERY DAY
AS IF IT WERE A DREAM SO CLEAR
TO GUIDE US ON OUR WAY.

MAKE A PLEDGE TO YOURSELF
TO WALK WITHOUT A CARE
LIFE WILL BE A PLEASURE HERE
WITH HAPPINESS EVERYWHERE.
