    I just couldn't believe

     A new beginning
    To a sad end
    I think back to the memories
    Of a past friend

    People never got him
    I couldn't understand
    He was hard working
    He was a great man

    He never was alone
    I was always there
    To help him through
    When he thought life wasn't fair

    People questioned me
    And thought I was wrong
    They said there was no such man
    That I didn't belong

    It came out to be
    That the reason they couldn't see
    Was that the man was imaginary
    I just couldn't believe

    its hard for others to believe whats going on with you when they cant see the picture in your dream.

    Life changes us all. Sometimes unrecognizeably. Like a slap in the face. Wonderful rhythm, very nice rhyme, i'll read more of this anytime. Keep up the good work. tempestlady
