This is for all of you that write and share here.

Hearts & Minds as 1

I often wonder where to start,
From my head,
Or from my heart
And should I relay the whole story
Of all my Loss
And All my Glory
About my stories, will they care
And will they know that I am there?
My head tells my heart,"Don't worry."
If they cant see, it's thier heart, not thier eyes, gone blurry.

So I write to you this little poem
To say, If you too write, you're not alone
and even with the things you say
If we don't feel the same way
The most important thing you've done
Is join or hearts and minds as one.

I just wrote a whole comment, and then my computer threw it away on me. My computer is possessed by a practical jokster, so I guess she wants me to write it better. I, too, was impressed with your line about hearts being blurry rather than eyes. I think that's pretty much what poetry is about - - reading and absorbing from heart to heart. I enjoyed this poem. I have to go now, but I'll be back to read more of your work.

Very simple words of great inspiration to change your hearts and minds you give a lot to unfold so much thru the words so simple in this poem, I like the lines " If they can't see it's their heart, not their eyes gone blurry.

How true, how true... There may be always, a different or better way to say it, but that it's said, and that it's felt, is the reason that it's there... A very good write..

To have great poets there must be great audiences too.
