Simple and strong a woman of Christ,
one who knew of love and sacrifice.
Living a life full of beginnings and ends,
her passion for Christ her great wisdom.


She knew anger, fear, passion and love,
but alwys kept her faith in the One above.
If she touched your life it was forever,
God worked through her, He is so clever.

The day this beautiful angel was born,
the Lord sent her down for those forlorn.
Her family she kept ever so close,
and her friends knew her as a rose.

A daughter, sister, wife and mother,
she was an angel like no other.
Like a rose from a dream,
she cared for all it seemed.

So do not be sad or despair,
for knowing such an angel is so rare.
She knew her purpose here on earth,
she knew the reason for Christ birth.

Yet to be so young to be gone,
she was ready for her heavenly home.
So do not let her memories decay,
because our Lord took her away.

She's looking on us now in all her grandeur,
an angel named Rose, I'm sure you knew her.
And surely you will agree with me,
She an angel truly did be.

If anyone ask have you ever known an angel,
you can smile and reflect and say so humble.
Her name is Rose a gift from above,
no other angel is so much loved.
