Friendship Ends

Doesn't it seem so long ago

That you and I seemed to be best friends

Its been seven something years.

But now our friendship falls apart over some truth I spoke!

And hurt We both caused.

I don't wish to part ways,

But maybe its for the best.

So good bye old friend.....

I'll never forget the friendship we had,

Even though it hurt me through the years,

Because I was treated differently then you.

The truth is  were two different people

seeing things in different views,

So we may never see eye to eye.

But we always got past them.

But now its over my friend,

there is  nothing I can do.

So we walk our own ways.

While my big heart hurts for our friendship

Because I can't make it better...

So all I can say is I am sorry my friend

Hope one day we can work it out and be friends again.

And your forgiven for all the things I have been through...

And so many more people That I am sure.. .. The funny thing is in the end it does not matter who is wrong right or what the problem is if your really good friends you can work it out if not you go the other way.. Just how life is... Thanks for reading my poem

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
