    Fire Inside

I see the fire growing high,
    Its golden red embers reaching
    Its tired limbs upward,
    And reaching its warmth
    Everywhere.
I see the fire slowly dying,
    Its limbs now retreat
    Into repose.
    A dream sleep,
    as its lmbs fold over
    And wishing me
    My own sweet dreams.

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
