    Poem Commentary

Love. love. love. Such a confusing thing.

    Dear love.

    Dear love.

Dear love, you’ve seem to lost me this time
Confusing me with your sudden approach
You’ve left me on my bed crying
I was lost in your desire
    My heart burning like fire
    You left me with misery
    Sad, cold, emptiness
    You smiled upon my soul
You told me where to go
    You kissed my cheek
    Whenever I was weak
    You held me tightly
All through the darkness of the night
    When you ended
I was forever lost in you
    Apart of me left
And I still hold you forever in my mind

    Sincerely, Your lover.
