    Child's Eyes

    In a child's eyes
    everything is big,
    everything is new
    and exciting
    But as they grow
    they forget the view
    they had when they
    were small
    everything becomes
    a fear or a pain
    happiness is simply a memory
but as an adult becomes old
    they begin to see through
    a child's eyes again
    Realizing that living in fear
    is no way to live
and that love is what is important
See life through a child's eyes
for that is the way to live

Amen! Beautiful work my friend. I think you nailed it on this one. I'm pushing 60 now and finding that it's easier to relate to kids than to most adults. Kids are more honest. Keep writing kiddo.
