Bliss

Bliss

Your dreams are immortal
When in your lover's arms.
Time stops to let you linger
And enjoy each other's charms.
These only two existing souls
Will part only at death;
But until then they share
A smile, a heartbeat, and a breath.

Lovely flow of meaningful words. Short, sweet and true.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
