Why Here?

  • is wondering what life has for me this life is to short to wait

Why Here?

To my minds why is
The question unanswered
Why am i here
Is a question of fear
Not heard here
Not heard near
This diabolical answer will not be sincere
We are merely puppets to the one that's unseen
To be alive is the sin we all must endure
To live out his way is the price we must pay
To live in a lie is a life lived in vain

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
