    For my father who passed away March 1, 2010 unexpectedly. One year later and the pain is too much to bear. I miss you so much Dad.

    When You Died


    My heart stopped when you died
    I died when you died
    The same person I am no more
    You changed my whole world

    People say that time heals all wounds
    I disagree totally
    They must be people who have not experienced
    Ever losing a loved one
    The pain is too great
    For anything to heal it
    For me, a cure was not invented
    I will never be healed
    My life is forever changed

    So here I am, one year later
    One year since you've been gone
    Things have not changed for me
    Things are still the same
    I miss you so much Daddy
    I wish you never died
