    What you do to me

Everyday I wake up and tell myself im over you
And every day I find myself thinking of you
How good it felt to have your body pressed against mine
The anguish that tore at my heart every time we parted
Those eyes, O' those lavishing brown eyes boring into mine
A smile that sends sweet fireballs of joy soaring through me
How the smell of you would send shivers of delight pulsing all over
Every night i realized I would never be over you
And every dream could do nothing but confirm my thoughts.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
