THEY TURNED THIER BACKS
They turned theirs backs on her
And shoved her out the door
Said she just couldn't live there
Now she doesn't feel wanted anymore
I can't believe she is gone
She left for good this time
Why should she ever come back
She feels she committed a crime
How could a mother do that
Make her sweet baby girl go
She is just barely a teen
Doesn't she wanna see her grow
The answers are now so clear
She obviously doesn't care my dear
