    • Im on the move and cant be stopped no matter what comes my way

    the older lady

I sit at the computer and take small glances
beautiful brown skin hoping that I have chances

older wiser and more experienced than I
friends for sure but definitly caught my eye

strictly business it was supposed to be
dont know exactly what has gotten into me

she tells me stories of when she was younger
knowledge and friendship from her is what I hunger

but its the way she carries herself as a lady
always looking out for others even little babies

talking to her takes me away from my trouble
because she never speaks of any kind of rubble

Im wondering if I should take a chance or let it go
but for right now she's made an impact on me for sure
