Taking A Trip On The Dark Side
Taking a trip on my dark side,
Its been a while scence i'v seen,
These evil, evil desires,
Tugging all at me,
Pulling me in every direction,
Trying to take me off the noble path,
Into the woods with no protection,
In there, pain, is all I have,
Dont want to go back to the dark side,
Feels the lights dimming,
Fading away as I head farther into the dark,
Which way would my life turn if I were to choose to embark,
Somtimes the dark side seems easier,
Nobody wants to walk the long rocky roads alone,
No wounder people give up,
Step off the road and take a seat in the shade,
But theres dangers there,
If your not careful you get lost and walk deeper into the forest,
Into the dark side,
There you find escapes from life,
Waterfalls you drink from,
Numbs all your pain,
Clouds you can breathe in,
It makes you feel happy,
Makes everything seem okay,
But once you get thirsty again,
You find your sick,
You need more,
And once you get sad again,
You find your lost,
You need to breathe in more of that cloud,
You then realize you cant possibly go back to the rocky roads,
How can you clim those mountians sick, thirsty and lost,
So many stay in the forest,
Trapped by their own wills,
Lost in the dark side,
I travled there before,
Iv tasted the waterfalls,
and breathed the magical smoke,
I got sick and I got lost,
I found m,y way out,
But now I hear the russling of the leaves,
They're calling my name,
Trying to pull me back to that horrible but woundiful place,
I want to feel that magical feelings I felt,
But I want to feel it without the poison,
So im going to keep walking farward,
The hot sun beating my face,
and the sharp rocks scrapping my feet,
Im going to keep walking towards the sun,
And never ever run,
Back to the dark side.
