Theres times that life just doesnt feel real,
And theres times im just not sure of what i feel,
My world just seems like a blure in a dream,
As if im standing there watching myself drown in the stream,
I keep screaming for help and gasping for air,
Just wondering if anybody would walk by or even care,

I know this isnt the way to live,
I know i have so much more to give,
Than just my fears,
Than just my tears,
I guess i always thought it would be easier than this,
I thought i wouldnt have to work for sweet bliss,
In all the movies, dreams just seemed to come true,
And in each fairy tale love was real and not taken into view,

There has to be some way to overcome my fear,
If anybody has an answer, i am sitting and waiting to hear,
This is killing me inside more than you know,
Please find a way to make it all go,


Im ready to live, and ready to give,
All i need is the key to my cage,
To unlock myself from this dream,
So i can finaly wake up and know that my life is real,
So i can finaly be sure of what i feel.
