    silver lining 30 apr 1996

    dark clouds
    obscure my vision
    keeping me from
    what sits right
    before
    my
    eyes
is there a forest amongst these trees?

    sunlight caresses my cheeks
    kisses my eyelids
    hope wells up inside me
    felicity boils over
grand designs play before my eyes
    and force a smile
    to
    invade
    my
    lips

    denah c.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

    Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
