    Rocky Road

He says that his love is rocky, has been for some time now,

But all I see is a view smooth pavement perfect for travel.

What curtains are he trying to hang before my eyes to cover the reality of it all?

Doesn't this man know that this woman has x-ray vision, that penetrate easier than the x-rays from an atomic bomb.

A love of three for some would be a delightful treat,

But what is to be done after the loving?

What if one is yearning for more and if one is, how will that desire be put to rest?

He says that his love is rocky, but I beg to differ.

I see perfect travel in that direction.

But his route with me isn't so lovely.

Its filled with black ice and sink holes.

May be smart to stick to the route he's already on

The road less traveled is traveled LESS for SOME reason...

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
