"Let's Play"

Listen to the laughs so sweet,
Three precious children playing in the street.
They ran for the ball afar,
Then one hollers, "Watch out for that car!"

They had no time to stop and move,
As they stared, the screeching horn blew.
Their little souls flew peacefully high,
To our heavenly home in the sky.

The gates were opened and they went inside,
Looking for the ONE who was beaten, then died.
Taking HIS hand HE led their way,
To play a game with HIS children on that day.

Listen to the laughs so sweet,
Ten precious children playing in the street.
